Four Old Broads Cause Merriment at the Retirement Community – For Real!

The Four Old Broads couldn’t wait for opening night to spread some cheeky humor!

Director Kate Kovacs took some of our cast out of the Playhouse on field trips over the last couple of weekends – to visit real-life senior communities.  What a perfect place to rehearse a scene or two while also bringing a smile the residents!  With support from Producer Michael Schaner and Stage manager Anna Martinez, actors Nina Wilson (Eaddy), Barbara Kessler (Maud), Susan Abrams (Nurse Pat), Jana Makejeva (Nurse Ruby Sue), Catherine Howard (Imogene) and Amanda Bunting (Beatrice) had a ball giving a sneak peek of the fun to come!  Rumor has it that the absent member of the cast, Brian Feinberg has been seen hitting the Vegas Strip in order to research his role as Elvis-impersonating lothario Sam.

You can see this rollicking tale of wayward wrinklies and their shocking senior shenanigans from Friday Jun 30th to Saturday July 22nd.  Tickets are on sale now, just hit the button on the right or go to our ticketing page

Adults and seniors $24, under 13 and Students with ID $12

And don’t forget our half-price preview night, Thursday June 29 at 8.00pm, where all tickets are $12 at the door.

You can expect laughs, intrigue, romantic passions and much inappropriateness! – Just don’t expect cookies and knitting from these little old ladies!
