Tickets / Reservations
To purchase tickets you'll need a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) Once tickets are purchased all sales are final and no refunds allowed. Tickets purchased online are "guaranteed seats" whereas reservations called in and left on the machine will be held until five (5) minutes prior to curtain time. Tickets can also be purchased by calling the box office 860.354.3622. Once your message is received you will receive a call back within 48-72 hours to complete your order and provide payment information.
Tickets may be picked up one (1) hour prior to curtain time. It is suggested that tickets be picked up no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to curtain.
Re-sell Refund / Standby Tickets
(Sold Out Performances Only)
If the performance is sold out and you fail to arrive at the theatre, The Sherman Players will issue a refund for the ticket amount excluding ticket handling fees ONLY if it can re-sell the seat(s) to standby(s). Reservations are held until five (5) minutes prior to curtain, after which the tickets are released. If you are running late, please call and your tickets will be held until your arrival.
While no refunds are allowed, The Sherman Players does offer a ticket exchange for remaining performances of the same show if canceled twenty-four (24) hours before the performance. In that event, The Sherman Players will make every effort to accommodate you at an alternate performance. Any exchanges are based on availability at remaining performances.
Notification of Change or Exchange
You will need to contact the box office by phone 860.354.3622 if you have any changes or cancellations to ticket orders.
Performance Cancellation Refund
If events outside of the theatre's control (e.g., power failure, inclement weather) force the theatre to cancel a performance, we will issue a full refund to all ticket holders for that scheduled performance.
Season Subscribers / Gift Certificates / Comp Tickets
Patrons who fall into any of the above categories MUST make a reservation well in advance for the performance they wish to attend. You can exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show up to 24 hours prior to the performance. One night only events are non-exchangeable. All exchanges are subject to seating availability.
Information provided and collected either verbally or electronically via phone, fax, e-mail or the Internet, will be used solely by The Sherman Players, Inc. and is not disclosed, sold, traded or distributed by any method or means either verbally or electronically.
The Sherman Players does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated organizations, except to provide products or services you've requested when we have your permission.
The Sherman Players, Inc. does not disclose, give, sell or share any personal information about you, unless required for law enforcement or statute.
The Sherman Players, Inc. does collect and store non-personal information. When visiting our Web site, shermanplayers.org, we automatically collect and store the following information about your visit:
• The name of the domain to access the Internet and the IP address.
• The date and time of the visit.
• Pages visited / viewed.
• Address of the Web site you came from when visiting the site.
• Operating platform, browser type and device.
We use this information for security and for statistical purposes. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, no additional information will be collected.
